1. What this site is
huntsvillestormshelter.com is a free referral service. We do not build, install, remove, or repair anything. We are not a contractor. We connect people with independent local companies.
2. The companies are independent
Any company you talk to is its own business. It is not our employee, partner, or agent. Your deal is between you and that company. We do not check every company, and we do not promise their work, price, timing, license, or insurance.
3. Check before you hire
Before you hire anyone, check their license (if one is needed), their insurance, and their permits. Get a written contract. Our guides show you how.
4. Info only
Our pages give general info. They are not legal, safety, tax, or engineering advice. Rules change. Always check with your city, county, or state.
5. Money
Our service is free for you. Companies may pay us for referrals. That does not mean we recommend them over others.
6. Your request
Give true info. Do not send requests for someone else without their OK. Do not spam our form.
7. No warranties
This site is given "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or harm from using this site or from any company you hire.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Questions or takedown requests: hello@huntsvillestormshelter.com.
